button  FLORA — A hallucinogenic variety of mushroom. Buttons are a type of mushroom that are believed by many religious sects to lift the veil between the natural world and the spirit realm and therefore allow a person to see things—truths and realities, whether past, present, or future—otherwise obscured. Buttons are hallucinogenic and often used in divination or in seeing rituals. They are so named “buttons” because they are small and round, more like smooth pebbles rather than buttons.
