dahnee RELIGION AND BELIEF — A religious order. Dahnee are members of an ancient order believed to be one of the earliest religious sects. Dahnee is a → lynthian term which means “Coming of the Light” and refers to the belief that the world was once shrouded in a type of darkness wherein the Coming of Light was prophesied and eventually fulfilled. Though not a belief system largely adopted by the → folken, there are pockets of the dahnee order which have survived and exist mostly in secret throughout → Mor-Thandak. Among the order is believed to exist the most well-preserved → scrips from most of the known spiritual tribes.
