Hidain token
Hidain token CULTURE — A religious object. Hidain tokens are any objects believed to have sacred significance during the four → Hidain. These tokens may be bones, teeth, or articles of clothing or jewelry that once belonged to any powerful figure whose story is relevant to each specific festival. Other tokens may be made for festival and blessed by khamun. Examples of these include → Hidain lamps, → fricks, and other talismans used for blessings, to ward against evil, or otherwise to invoke or dispel the spirits of the season. → Moon beads are a common Hidain token used for divination.
