laymans wood FLORA — A plant-based product. Made from the → adula tree, laymans wood is strong as hickory yet flexible like bamboo. It is used for making crooks, shepherding rods and staffs. Many cultures believe it has magical properties when properly blessed by a → khamun. The adula tree is indigenous only to the colder northern climates of the → Great North.
