leetide
leetide RELIGION AND BELIEF, CULTURE — The thinning of the membrane separating physical and spiritual planes. Leetide is a term that refers to the overlap of → tweeny times, places or → folken that increases the thinness between the worlds (that which is seen and those which are not). In extreme cases, a person can slip between the realms, even unintentionally. Because of this supreme thinness, and the relative unawareness of most folken to the spiritual world, a leetide can be highly dangerous, even for one who seeks knowledge of the spirit realm. The risk is almost exclusive to those folken who have → fayelee characteristics. Those who are unaware of their fayelee qualities are at the highest risk. Such extreme cases are rare.
