Epi 122 April 17 2022 Evolution of My Writing

First off: the audio in this video is poor because I—the professional videographer—forgot to turn on my audio recorder. After giving an overview of the evolution of the first three books in the series—yet again—I talk about some of the things I’ve learned while editing book three, The Singing Bones. Specifically, I talk about what I see are the differences between an amateur writer and a seasoned, practiced writer, as well as the differences between a writer who writes as a hobby and one who is a pro.

Eric Love
I am a story teller. The goal of a story is to move people in some way. Whether with video, words or images and graphics, my end goal is always to tell a good story. When your story is told successfully, it expresses your strengths and the unique way in which you fill a need or want. With every service I offer, I seek to answer this question: what is the best way to tell this story? Showing always beats telling.
