doppits NUTRITION — A dish. Doppits are fried bread rolls filled with 

  1. meats and cheese,

  2. sweet things, like fruit and honey,

  3. savory root vegetables, or

  4. fish and seaweed (in coastal regions).

Doppits are primarily found in larger villages but are also popular in small villages and homesteads to a lesser degree, where they are colloquially called → divets.
