ehwain
ehwain RELIGION AND BELIEF — The essence of someone’s vitality. A → folken’s ehwain is the essence of their (or any living creature’s) vitality, or their life energy. Believed to be visible to some as color and mist, especially during times of heightened emotion, stress, or vigor, it is most often something felt or sensed rather than seen. When it is seen, it is only by those who are keen on the spiritual elements. Only those with a seeing gift can see it. Regardless of how it is perceived, a person’s ehwain can give insight into their intentions, mental state, physical condition, and, to a lesser degree, their future. However, the degree to which someone can read and understand another’s life energy depends on their innate skill and/or training in the spiritual arts.
