milly LINGUISTICS, SOCIOLOGY — A derogatory term. Milly is a derogatory term used to suggest someone is immature or otherwise inexperienced. It is often used by adults when speaking to youths, but it is particularly offensive when used to describe someone who considers themselves a peer or equal.
